in Dreams for Interpretation

I am not sure how pure the source of this dream is but I'm posting this briefly to see if there is any interpretation to this.

In the dream, Jojo ( a new colleague) was being 'evil' and tried to snatch and scheme her position but there is a prompting in the dream to look at the heavenly perspective and perhaps the big picture. In the dream generationally, my dad faced Jezebel trying to kick him out of work also. In the dream I was also reminded I went through a previous job that in real life, I had a similar experience, but the scene changed to my current company where I managed to pass some test at the first major round.

Hope to hear if you guys have any different perspectives and interpretation on this.
