I was in my hometown attending some sort of class reunion. I saw some of my music theatre friends from high school. Next thing I knew, a male friend from high school and I were getting in an Uber vehicle. The driver was a woman. I knew that we were planning to drive out to the farm where I grew up west of town (even though it no longer exists). Instead of heading north on Hwy. 52 up to 19th Street west, I told the driver to head west on Hwy. 14 and take the new, ‘back’ way to the farm. As we headed out of town on the highway, it suddenly turned into a retaining wall consisting of large, smooth boulders. (It was actually quite beautiful and impressive but it did not belong in the middle of a 4-lane highway!) Not only that, there were three tiers/levels of boulder walls so if we made it up and over the first one, there were two more boulder walls to get past beyond that first one! Each wall of boulders was approximately 20-25’ high. The Uber driver did not seem daunted or fazed at all and simply revved up her engine and began accelerating towards the first boulder retaining wall! As we got closer to the wall, the vehicle easily mounted the first wall and actually began flying, effortlessly clearing all three walls, basically in one breath! As I took in the breath-taking aerial view, my next thought was, “How are we/is she going to land this thing?” I was familiar with the landscape in that region and knew that there were a lot of fields west of town that we could land in but I thought, “Landing on a road would be much smoother!” Then I woke up.
