I had a dream the other night where the feelings felt so raw, there was this immense sense of trust in the dream. I dreamt someone very close to me, whom has recently hurt me, was in the ocean with me. At first there were soft waves coming and going and then all of a sudden the person said to me there is another set coming in. The waves then turned to huge waves and my first response is to hold my breath and go to the bottom of the ocean until the wave has passed. However I did it really soon and I felt I didn't have enough breath. They said to me again you need to wait until the wave is closer before holding my breath and going under. I then held my breath, went under then woke up.
