To give a bit of background first,I was laid off from my job at an automotive plant last month.I was told that it would hopefully be short term.But I've been somewhat stressed about the whole situation.Iam hesitant to look for a new job as I'm not sure to find something that pays as much,plus what if they call me back to work soon.Also there's been issues with getting my unemployment....
So here's the dream: Iam in a car on the way to a funeral with my father and sister.Its unclear who has died (I haven't been to a funeral in years).Dad is driving,sister is in the passenger seat,and I'm in the back.My phone goes off and it's a woman from work telling me to go back to work.Somehow I already know this in the dream.When I arrive at work instead of dealing with car parts iam led into a room that has containers and shelves of fruit.Exactly like you would see in a grocery store.We are told to sort through the fruit,taking out the bad and leaving the good.Behind us is a wastebasket and we throw the bad in there.Green apples,lemons, possibly oranges.But mostly green apples.Some are rotten or half eaten.Others are good.When we finish the production plant manager walks over and inspects the good fruit remaining and gives his approval.The dream ends.
I don't know what this means but feel it deals with my current situation.Does this sound good or bad?I rarely eat fruit or think about it,so it's possible this has a meaning?
