Foster Care (scene 3 of 3)

in Dreams for Interpretation

this is the final scene from the 3 part dream that i had.

A lady said she was going to my brother Erik into foster care and said she couldnt let me have custody of him, me and my sister were upset. I began to cry and yell at the lady telling her that she didnt know what she was doing taking him from the only family he knew and needed ;because he has special needs. She insisted I couldnt have hime and I recall her writing on a white board in black marke in large letters " MUST HAVE CLEAN FOSTER CARE RECORD" in the dream i got upset because I knew she was saying I couldnt take him because all of us were being put into foster care. But when i woke up I thought to myself that doesnt make any sense I am 23 so legally I would be old enough to take him.
