She ate a metal Christmas tree!

I had a dream on January 25, 2021 about my daughter abby. She is 13.

I won’t go into details about the dream because I know what it all means. The part I can’t figure out is what the metal Christmas tree symbolizes. I feel like it should be something obvious! Here’s a summary of the dream:

Abby was little (probably 4 or 5) and had chewed up and swallowed a metal Christmas tree. I first realized it when she threw some of it up, but didn’t realize the extent of it. I took her to a hospital I had to wait out in the hall. I waited for what seemed like forever and finally I saw her coming down the hallway and she had “pooped” the metal out and it was in her underwear. I was so relieved that it was out but also realized that there may be some internal scars that we needed to be aware of on down the road.

Specifically - what could the metal Christmas tree symbolize?
