While trees in general often represent leaders(see Daniel 4 where a tree represents Nebuchadnezzar), a Christmas Tree might be more likely to represent a spiritual leader (based upon the idea that Christmas "should" be a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus and the tree is decorated in celebration of this idea). The decorations on the tree should be considered in relationship to their individual meanings to give some additional insight into the type of leader that the tree might represent.
