I dreamed that I was on a type of military installation. I was wearing an air force bomber jacket. I noticed this really handsome man but I didn’t actually get a look at his face but he was tall muscular, tan, with longer dark curly hair.
I wanted to speak to him but ended up going to the store. (It was a store that is actually on a army base I used to live on). It was evening and I walked up and across a parking lot to get there but I stopped and observed a conversation. Now, it was day and the store and conversation was on a coastline. There was a lot of sand but crystal blue water.
The handsome man was sitting down and his commander was giving him an order and he wouldn’t do it. He said that it went against his beliefs and pointed out that he had a bad ankle. Another man came up and said “there’s a bomb” but he was holding it in his hand. Then I walked back to where I came from without going to the store. No one, including me seemed too concerned about the bomb.
On the way, I passed my ex husband. He dropped his backpack and I wanted to help him pick up his things but he didn’t want me to. I knew he was going someplace. Like he was being deployed.
I went back into a bedroom (likely barracks) and an old friend (Christie), who I haven’t been in touch with in about 7 years, was there and she said “you can’t come in here.” And I was like “well ok, I was just getting my straightener.” Then I noticed she had 3 cats and one was my former cat. And I said, “well you’ve got my cat, so I’m taking him too.” (I am never gonna be inclined to think cats represent witchcraft in my dreams. I LOVE my cats).
And then, I walked out and saw the handsome man again and was going to tell him goodbye but then he flexed his bicep and I felt his muscle.
I wasnt bothered by anything. Christie not wanting me around, the bomb, my ex not letting me help him. I mostly just wanted to talk to and be around the man.
I have bits and pieces of the possible meaning but need help interpreting. On a side note, I found out two days following this dream that my ex husband took a job in Iraq that hed be leaving for in 4 days. He’s retired Army.
